I use science and skill to help leaders and their teams reach and accelerate achieving goals both financial and other important goals with less stress. My first career was as a Clinical Psychologist. I switched my PhD studies to the Anderson business school at UCLA to research what attributes make leaders successful and how to create sustainable company-wide changes.20+ years ago, I began the study of Neuroscience. It’s gratifying to see leaders and teams discover their power to consciously switch from a fear-based to a growth-based mindset and create breakthrough results.
